Workflow: The tubs are already fed on the infeed roller conveyor without overloading. There are no devices on the machine to open the overbag or to dispose of it. The syringe at the end of the roller conveyor is lifted manually onto the automatic through-feed conveyor. Then the Tyvek closure is removed manually. The tank is transported further; the nest is lifted and placed in the x-y table. The syringes are filled and sealed with caps. During the filling and/or sealing process, the formation of N2 gas is possible. The filled tanks are transferred from the automatic conveyor belt to the discharge roller conveyor. Capacity: Max. 9,500 pieces.

Filling and closing machine designed for the simultaneaous processing of 6 vials or oter small stable bottles of glass or plastic.
Working Sequence
-Feeding of the vials into the machine by a machine upstream or by manual bulk loading into a rotary table, an RPE BI-FLOW conveyor or an infeed belt with a feed screw.
- Separation of the vials by an infeed star wheel and transfer to the transport star wheel
- Dosing filling
- Closing with rubber stopper dropper insertion etc…

Dosing :
The dosing station is equipped with with 6 valveless rotary piston pumps .
Thes pumps are made of two parts only and are hight-quality precision tolls which guarantee excellent dosing precision.
They are easy to remove , clean and sterilize – as are all the parts which are in contact with the product.
Depending on the product to be dispensed, the pumps may be made of stainless steel, glass or ceramics.
The CIP SIP version of the dosing units ( cleaning in place – sterilizing in place ) permits the cleaning and sterilizing of the entire dosing system without dismantling and assembly.
The central dose adjustment and the individual fine adjustment for eache pum are done by micrometer screws.
A photo cell at the infeed checks each transport pocket for the presence of a vial and controls the dosing pumps and the closing tools according to the principle “ no bottle – no filling – no closure”.
Closing:
Sorting bowls and vibratory tracks feed the stoppers, dropper inserts, etc… automatically and with low particle generation . The insertion tolls pick up the stoppers by vacuum and set them precisely in the bottle opening.
All the parts in contact with the stoppers are easy to clean ad sterilize.
They can be removed and assembled effortlessly .
Size change
Resetting the machine for a different container or closure size even under clean room conditions, is simple and quick due to :

The F2000 is a machine with linear transport with intermittent motion, for distributing liquid solutions in cylindrical containers. The machine is particularly suitable for the distribution of aseptic products, as it can operate in both conventional clean rooms and isotechnics.
The bottles are fed by means of an upstream feeding belt that introduces the bottles into the infeed starwheel.
Once the bottles have reached the infeed starwheel, they are positioned on the toothed belt on which the antistatic polyethylene moulded plugs and polyethylene contrast guides for positive linear transport of the containers are inserted using a 'quick-fit' system.
The dosing of the bottles takes place during the conveyor movement, the filling system is carried out by an external unit with 8 Felxicon peristaltic pumps, which performs the filling of the bottles by synchronising with their movement.
Once the bottles have reached the outfeed star, they are positioned on an in-line or 90° exit conveyor with independent drive controlled by an inverter.
The machine is equipped with a rejection station on a motorised belt with application of suction cups and vacuum on the exit starwheel for the bottles AND with a device for checking the actual rejection of the container.
