The MRT100E is a fully automatic syringe wasching unit
"The objects are fed to the inlet armature of the machine via a conveyor, an inlet turntable or an inlet wire cloth belt with a feed screw.
The input star feeder transmits the objects to be cleaned to the clamps at the main armature.
The objects are rotated by 180° and fed one after the other to the cleaning stations.
The flow of detergents is controlled by magnetic valves.
After cleaning, the objects are turned 180° again and transported to the outlet.
All parts in contact with the detergent and the object are made of stainless steel and high temperature resistant plastics."

Rotary Vial Washer MRW800. operates with a single-phase 220 volt AC outlet with ground and requires 60-80 psi of air pressure. The machine is controlled by an Allen Bradley SLC5/05 programmable logic contrlller (PLC) and will handle glass vials with speeds of 50-200 containers per minute. Due to its rotary design, the Mengibar washer simultaneously loads, wahes, removes excess water, and discharges the viales. Six working stations offer internal and/or external cleaning using virgin WFI and strile air. The WFI travel path has a minimum slope of 1/8" per foot and contains no dead legs. so the enire piping system is self-draining.

The Ima Neri is a linear washing machine for vials and bottles according to the machine working range of size .
Containers for sterile preparation are processed in a different way according to the material they are made of and the product to be filled. Tailored according to the nature of containers, the washing machine performs different washing cycles.
The use of a recycled water loop in our linear washing machines allows for an important WFI consumption saving for customers, while granting high cleaning performance and, when requested, pyrogen reductions.

Special upper guide rail for containers allowing for washing at high pressure without vibration or movement.
Complete segregation between process, circuit and mechanical areas to avoid cross contamination.
No vial breakages thanks to a system of levers, incorporating spring-loaded telescopic overload, driving machine movements, including raising of the washing needles.
No dripping of contaminated water from the baskets onto the vials thanks to the positive discharge of containers from the basket.

Extreme Washing Performances
A close loop piping recirculates water without the need of a buffer tank. Steam injection during pre-washing softens most of the soil thus reducing the detergents typically needed, as well as utilities and energy in general
As every other process equipment manufactured by Fedegari, the FSW-Washers run on Thema4 process controller.
A conductivity meter controls the process to terminate the washing/rinsing Phase when the desired setpoint is reached.
A0,22 um Hydrophobic sterile filter cartridge together with a HEPA filter (H14) allow sterile air injection for improved drying. All these unique and original eco-friendly solutions make the FSW-Washers the most cost-effective machines in this category.
