This pharmaceutical grade bottle washing machine has been designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers and to comply with international standards in order to provide high level performance along with easy access to components, all in a small footprint. This rotary washing system was developed and designed keeping in mind the high level of cleanliness required in the pharmaceutical industry. High washing and rinsing performance. Rotary Vial Washer MRW800. operates with a single-phase 220 volt AC outlet with ground and requires 60-80 psi of air pressure. The machine is controlled by an Allen Bradley SLC5/05 programmable logic contrlller (PLC) and will handle glass vials with speeds of 50-200 containers per minute. Due to its rotary design, the Mengibar washer simultaneously loads, wahes, removes excess water, and discharges the viales. Six working stations offer internal and/or external cleaning using virgin WFI and strile air. The WFI travel path has a minimum slope of 1/8" per foot and contains no dead legs. so the enire piping system is self-draining.

The Ima Neri is a linear washing machine for vials and bottles according to the machine working range of size .
