MIXER GRANULATOR
Mixer Bowl
The mixer bowl is manufactured from stainless steel grade 316L.
The mixer bowl has a conical shape design to improve the mixing flow pattern of product.
Within the mixer bowl is a 2-speed agitator that mixes the product at atmospheric pressure.
A two-speed side cutter is fitted to the side of the mixer bowl, and is used to aid the granulation process.
The product is charged directly into the mixer body from a product bin by the vacuum loading system.
When the mixing and granulation process is complete, product is discharged through the discharge port to the wet mill for vacuum transfer to the fluid bed dryer.

DIOSNA P 600
The Universal Mixers P600 are designed as especially robust vertical mixers with a cylindrical container that is conical in the top area. A three-winged mixing tool is arranged on the bottom; a chopper is installed on the side. The shafts are equipped with low-wear air gap seals. Emptying takes place on the side through a large discharge valve with a locking piston that lines up precisely with the inner wall. The control via push-buttons and timers is installed in the switch cabinet on the machine. The lid is equipped with a counter weight.

The blender is also is floor mounted, with either top or side support, and can blend product in round or square containers using a 1 to 20 rpm drive.

Height and reach are as required by application.
Fail safe lift mechanisms hold the platform in position without drift even when utilities are lost.
Rotational column option provides for precise positioning.
