LAVATRICE :

The Ima Neri is a linear washing machine for vials and bottles according to the machine working range of size .
Containers for sterile preparation are processed in a different way according to the material they are made of and the product to be filled. Tailored according to the nature of containers, the washing machine performs different washing cycles.

The use of a recycled water loop in our linear washing machines allows for an important WFI consumption saving for customers, while granting high cleaning performance and, when requested, pyrogen reductions.

Machine highligths

Special upper guide rail for containers allowing for washing at high pressure without vibration or movement.
Complete segregation between process, circuit and mechanical areas to avoid cross contamination.
No vial breakages thanks to a system of levers, incorporating spring-loaded telescopic overload, driving machine movements, including raising of the washing needles.
No dripping of contaminated water from the baskets onto the vials thanks to the positive discharge of containers from the basket.


TUNNEL

The air recirculation in heating and cooling zones encourages the heat exchange between the system and the glass containers, reducing energy consumption.
Night mode with reduced fan speed and temperature in hot zone.
All tunnels are equipped with delayed start up/run modes to empty functions in the hot and cooling zones in order to get the required temperatures during start/end batch.
By the automatic air velocity control in heating zones, the fan speed is automatically increased when air temperature increases, to compensate for the reduced air density.

The powder are circulated and fluidized by the impeller . Small ingredientes and agglomerates are dispersed by high velocity collisions between individual powder particles. The high shearing granulator also assists with dry mixing and the dispersion of the granulating media over the surface of each powder particle followed by a rolling action which “snow-balls” the wet particles into granule without forming lumps .

The machine is designed for inspection of glass ampoules, both clear and amber, equipped with 3 cameras and formats for 2ml and 3ml ampoules.
A30 machine has been designed to be inserted downstream from filling and sterilizing lines and up-stream from labelling and packaging systems. Once loaded on the conveyor belt, the containers (ampoules, vials, cartridges) are sent to the inspection path, where all the inspections are carried out. Process control is totally automatic.
Each container undergoes a series of inspections, including particles, fill level, cosmetic inspections (optional), performed by high speed cameras. The integrated electrical cabinet contains all the elec-tronics which control the machine, including power section.

General description:



The CEA ATM 18/18 was conceived to be introduced in the modern Pharmaceutical production line.

It is placed after the filling and sterilization line, before the labeling and packaging line.

The ampoules and/or vials are loaded manually on the loading plane of the ATM machine 18 by trays. The output of the rejected and approved ampoules and/or vials are respectively collected in separate trays.



The base configuration of ATM 18/18 is built by:

Mechanical module: dedicated to the transport of ampoules and/or vials throughout the control route.

The electrical panel of each complete module of the power circuits, control circuit, motors, etc. is integrated in the mechanical module.



List of controls that can be executed by the machine:

a) Particle controls using various types of lighting (two stations)

b) Filling level and vial height (one station)

Process description:

The process control is fully automatic. The ampoules and vials are subjected to a series of inspections carried out by cameras.
The ATM18 is intended for the automatic control (detection of impurities), by means of lighting, of liquid pharmaceutical products in glass containers (ampoules and vials).
The operator manually loads the ampoules or vials onto a conveyor belt; these are collected one by one and transported to the two rotation stations to move the liquid and possible impurities. Subsequently, the ampulla is blocked and a camera records a series of images at a distance of 20 ms from each other. By means of a controller, the first registered image is controlled with those that follow. If the images are different, the ampoule is rejected. The same procedure is repeated in two other stations similar to the one described. In the third station the level of the liquid is also controlled. Once the control is over, depending on the result, the ampoules are placed in two different trays and the driver extracts them manually.
