DESCRIPTION
The Reliance 380PG Pharmaceutical Grade Washer is a cabinet-type washer equipped with a programmable logic controller system. Il simultaneously accepts up to three mixed loads of various sizes and shapes, increasing productivity.
The washer is designed, manufactured, validated, and documented according to the latest global practices and standards lo facilitate Customer compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
The washer is equipped with eleven adjustable cycles, three of which are preprogrammed (light, medium and heavy).

CYCLE DESCRIPTION
Reliance 380PG Pharmaceutical Grade Washer features
11 programmable cycles. Possible standard treatments include: one to live pre-wash, one lo live wash, one to five rin se, and one to nine final rinse treatments. Once cycle is selected, washer automatically processes load through the programmed treatments.
Washer is programmed with three factory-set processing cycles: LIGHT, MEDIUM, and HEAVY. AII three factory-set cycles can be modified by the operator to include the following treatments:
• PRE-WASH: Sump is filled with selected water. Solution is recirculated under pump pressure lor prese! time. On completion of treatment, water is sent to drain.
• WASH: Sump is filled with selected water and chemical (if selected) is injected. Solution is heated and recirculated under pump pressure tor prese! time. On completion of treatment, water is seni lo drain.
• RINSE: Sump is filled with selected water. Solution is heated and recirculated under pump pressure lor prese! time. On completion of treatment, water is sent to drain.
• RECIRCULATED FINAL RINSE: Sump is filled with selected water. Pure water or WFI is heated and recirculated under pump pressure tor prese! time. On completion of treatment, water is sent to drain.
• NON-RECIRCULATED FINAL RINSE (if option applies): Pure heated water or WFI from optional feed tank is sprayed under pump pressure, on a once-through basis, for present time. On completion of treatment, water is sent to drain.
i DRYING (if option applies): HEPA filtered, heated air is circulated under pressure tor prese! time through final rinse tank (if applicable), piping, spray nozzles and chamber lo ensure all load items surfaces, chamber and final rinse tank are thoroughly dried.
• VAPOR REMOVAL: Vapor is removed from the chamber tor prese! time.
• CHAMBER COOL DOWN SEQUENCE: Alter the last treatment, fresh air is recirculated in the chamber until selected setpoint is reached {dryer option required).
CONSTRUCTION
The washer has a 100 lb (45.3 kg) load capacity (excluding accessory weight). The wash chamber is constructed of #316L stainless steel and insulated with 1· (25 mm) thick fiberglass with a vapor barrier covering top, sides, and bottom to minimize noise and heat loss. Surface finish is 20 micro-inch (0.5 µm) Ra. Welds are polished and grounded to 1/2' (12. 7 mm) radius minimum.
AII components of the wash/rinse system, including debris screen, rotary spray arms, piping, and valves, are constructed of #316L stainless steel (including steam piping).
The sump capacity for the washer is 14.5 gal (55 L). A sanitary designed heating coil (steam or electric) in the bottom of the sump can raise and maintain water temperature up to 180°F (82°C) during pre-wash, wash, and rinse phases. The sump is constructed with an automatic solution level control, automatic water fill and safety overflow system.

Tablet tubes filling and capping machine Söhnel Maschinenbau Model T 160K fills a pre-selected number of stacked tablets into a tube which is subsequently capped then with a closure. The machine operates automatically. Ali operations are controlled by optical and electronic components and possible malfunctions are optically indicated. A free programmable control system evaluates all signals and initiates a stop of the machine drive, if necessary.
The filling and capping devices are working continuously. The steady and smooth operation of the machine assures careful handling of the products. Also, all parts of the machine will not be stressed as heavily as in intermittently operating machines. This reduces stocking requirements of spare parts to a minimum.
The individual function groups of the machine are mounted into two welded base frames made of stainless steel.
The following function groups are used:
• Tablet feed with storage hopper and integrated dust and breakage separation.
• Erection station tor tablets.
• Guide channels for the erected tablets to the transport chain.
• Controls to check for complete tablet stacks on the transport chain.

Machine equipped to process CSP FLIP-TOP vials with hinged lids.
The T 160 K is used as basic machine for filling the CSP FLI P-TOP vials. Because the lid is injection moulded to the vial, there is no necessity to handle the caps separately.
Except for an occasional lubrication of the transport chain the machine requires no maintenance.
The equipment complies with the respective safety regulations.
By utilizing different format parts, the machine can handle products within the following range of dimensions:
Tablet diameter: min. 13 mm, max. 28 mm, with extra equipment 8 mm to 40 mm,
Tube diameter: min. 16 mm, max. 34 mm, with extra equipment 10 mm to 55 mm,
Tablet stack length: max. 200 mm,

Provided that the tablets are of uniform dimensions and stable in shape, the machine can supply up to 160 filled and capped tubes per minute.
The counting accuracy is +- 0.
The maximum output of the machine does not depend on the number of tablets per tube, but on the tablet material and on the tube and capping style.

The compact basic machine is specially designed for filling various types of powder, tablets, pellets and liquids.
You benefit from an extremely compact and highly flexible segment carousel that offers the option of setting up various product filling systems. The product dosing systems are prepared for installation at three different positions on the segment carousel. The pellet and tablet stations are prepared for installation at positions 3 and 4. If a powder or liquid filling station is used, it is installed at station 5 only. Insertable capsule pick-up segments enable the fastest adjustment-free capsule format change.
Three different powder dosing systems are available for the modular filling machine. Due to the different powder properties, each powder has a different, individual flow behaviour. Taking into account your specific powder spectrum, this machine lays the foundation for efficient production.

Enolmaster is a vacuum filling machine with professional characteristics and an hourly production of about 600 bottles/hour.
The machine is designed for filling wine, oil, tomato sauce, liqueurs, fruit juices and food liquids, even those of a certain density in general.
NOTE: Products containing more than 20% alcohol could damage the Enolmaster.
Furthermore, if the Enolmaster is used with sugary liqueurs or products such as balsamic vinegar, it is necessary to use the oil-bath air filter to protect the machine's vacuum pump from damage.

Horizontal intermittent motion cartoner for small/medium size products cartoning applications. This machine is suitable for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and consumers products industry.
