MAR Model M39-4R-2S-2A Liquid Filling Machine, 460V, model M39-4R-2S-2A, is manufactured by Machine Automache Riempitrici (MAR).
The M39 is a double pitch monobloc machine, which provides dosing and capping operations by moving two cartridges per time, up to 120 p/minute. The machine is suitable to handle cartridges from 0.5 to 10 ml. Cartridges loading and unloading is by means of compact in-feed and out-feed trays
Bearing Base
This assembly as the name implies is the load-bearing structure of the machine, so it supports the container processing stations, transfer and transport systems, and safety doors.
Container Feeding
Consists of an independently driven belt designed to maintain a constant and continuous flow to the machine.
Filling station
This consists of a station made up of 4 filling nozzles that allow the machine to refill 2 containers at a time, dividing the filling amount into 2 consecutive doses. The filling station is directly driven by the main motor drive of the machine .
Filling dosing unit
It consists of a distribution manifold for the filling liqiudo and 2 nozzles applied to the filling station
Capping station
This is a station consisting of 2 capping heads that enable the machine to pick up the caps and subsequently place them on the container performing capping. The capping station is directly driven by the main motorization of the machine .
Caps feeding
The system consists of a vibration orienting unit and a cap transfer unit.
Rejection of unsuitable containers
The rejection of containers deemed unsuitable for the required quality standards is implemented by means of two pneumatic cylinders used to unload the containers into the 'waste accumulation drawer .
Discharge of suitable containers
Containers that are deemed suitable for the required quality standards are continued and thanks to a guide are deposited on the belt at the machine exit .

It is located on the front side of the machine and contains the machine management and control commands .

- Bearing Base

This group includes the electric motors, gears and all mechanical parts used to transmit motion to the various machine components.
- Container Feeding
This group consists of a conveyor belt and screw conveyor, driven directly by the main machine motor.
- Nitrogen flushing stations.
This group consists of 2 nitrogen supply manifolds and special needles for introducing gas into the containers. All this is used to ensure filling and sealing of containers in a modified atmosphere.
- Filling station
This unit consists of an accoption of 6 product distribution syringes and 6 filling nozzles .
- Sealing stations
This group consists of 2 subgroups, a container preheating group and a sealing grup po. Both groups use burners fueled by high-pressure I oxygen gas.
- Container discharge
This unit consists of a container handling pad and an accumu lo drawer.
- Electrical panel and electronic management
A single electrical panel encloses all the control components, there is also an opera toor panel from which all the operations necessary for running and managing the machine can be carried out.
- Laminar flow hood
Ventilation device capable of generating a unidirectional and vertical air flow.

ENTRANCE ROOM
The inlet chamber can be divided into three volumes.
In the upper volume are installed: the inlet fan, the exhaust fan, the pre¬ filter and the HEPA filter.
The periphery of the filter is under vacuum because it is connected to the air exhaust area. No leakage can go to contaminate the vials.
In the intermediate volume is the transport system, the tunnel inlet door with the respective motor and potentiometer.
Removable panels allow access to the three volumes for cleaning and maintenance work.
HOT ROOM.
The structure of the hot chamber is similar to the inlet chamber. However, the hot chamber is thermally insulated and the air is recirculated. In fact, the chamber consists of two boxes, one inside the other. The two boxes are separated by a layer of insulating material that has a minimum thickness of 120mm and a maximum thickness of 150mm.
The inner box, which can be heated up to 4OO°C, is welded at a single point to the outer box to allow thermal expansion without causing damage to the structure.
On the right side, a door, filled with insulation material, gives access to the filter area, the fan, and the heating elements.
The fan motor is located outside the chamber, above the tunnel roof.
COOLING CHAMBER
The cooling chamber is similar to the inlet chamber, but the air is recirculated.
In the upper volume is the fan and HEPA filter. On the roof is located the balancing fan, which, through a duct, connects the cooling chamber to the supply fan intake area of the inlet chamber.
In the intermediate volume, on the service side, the cooling coil is installed. The water supply to the coil is regulated by a solenoid valve. A door moved by a motor divides the tunnel from the sterile chamber. The position of the door is detected by the potentiometer
Machine Base

It consists of a continuous motion belt equipped with an independent drive and a machine-pitch container preparation screw.

A special star at the outlet, leads the containers to a special container unloading auger, which leads the containers to further processing

Ideal for packaging products such as pharmaceutical items, the machine is suitable for different production needs. Equipped with a horizontal case magazine for easy loading, the machine keeps the case erect during product insertion with the aid of suction cups fitted to the pick-up and forced opening arms. The basic and completely original features of the BA 400 cartoning machines consist of their carton loading, picking and erecting system.
The loader is positioned below the product conveyor line on the operator's side for easy loading.
The lifting drum cam and positive motion movement opens the cartons by 180°, thus obtaining the correct pre-break down of the cartons which can then be transferred by the transverse drum to the conveyor belt and perfectly centered against the buckets containing the product.
The cartoning unit consists of two motorization units, one fixed and one with automatic size changeover adjustment.
The pusher unit on the side opposite the operator allows room for maneuvering and easy access to all parts of the machine.

Main Features The machine is divided into five sections, programmed devoting special attention to materials and products.
