roduction Cycle
The BP 10-11 line, utilizes pre- formed suppository containers in reel.
The containers from the loading disc placed at the entrance of the filling machine are automatically unwind and fed under the dosing nozzle, filled with melted suppository mass which is kept at a constant temperature and mixed in the jacketed hopper.
Then, the filled containers are automatically rewound on the supporting disc placed at the outlet of the filling machine and at the same time are cooled off by the cooling unit.
Afterwards the disc with the filled containers is replaced by a new one and the filling cycle may restart. Meanwhile, the disc containing the reel previously filled may continue cooling until the contents solidify in the drawer of the cooling unit.
For the final stage, the cooled reel is placed on the sealing machine where the containers are automatically sealed, trimmed and cut in the pre set number.

Semi-automatic vertical cartoner CAM AV65
Semi-automatic machine with intermittent movements and vertical
transport of the carton. Cartoner suitable for cartons with closure by inserting 2 or alternating flaps, the product is inserted manually, the machine inserts the leaflet, codes the carton, closes the carton and ejects the product at the exit.

OMAR's BF100 automatic blister machine works automatically with an alternating system, producing industrial-quality blisters. The Sympaty F140 semiautomatic universal blister machine is a machine designed to deblister blisters containing capsules, multiform tablets, soft jelly capsules, sugared almonds, etc., with up to 7 rows of alveoli and a maximum blister width of 120 mm, thus eliminating the costs of size changes and blister storage. Complete with stainless steel mobile support and transparent PET-G or AISI 316L stainless steel trays for recovering the product and waste material, it is equipped with an opening safety guard with a transparent polycarbonate casing system. In addition, on the Simpaty F140 model, safety systems are positioned on the trays for recovering the product and waste material, and as for the opening guard when the tray is removed, the machine goes into emergency shutdown. Pharmaceutical products are recovered without any damage or contamination thanks to the system of rotating blades with which the Sympaty F140 is equipped. Before ejection, they cut through the aluminium covering of each individual cavity, facilitating product exit and ensuring product integrity.
The machine can be supplied with electronic piece counter and format blister guide for blisters with special configurations such as diagonally placed pockets.
