CONCEPTION
VERSATO was designed for the development of new products, as well as for the production of products with small batch sizes. The product quality obtained can be reproduced in production scale VERSATO equipment, mainly due to geometric, kinematic and dynamic similarity. Ideal for the manufacture of creams and gels, achieving very short mixing and emulsion times.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Counter-rotating mixing system, consisting of a peripheral anchor with clockwise rotation, copying the geometry of the container with Teflon scrapers, and a central agitator with counter-clockwise rotation, both with blades inclined at 45º.

Promatic Packaging Machine – Model Bipak
The Promatic Bipak vertical cartoning machine is versatile, flexible and reliable. Depending on the production needs or the application, the machine can be used in continuous or intermittent mode by means of a simple selection on the control panel. The standard Bipak model is suitable for manual feeding. It can be equipped with a wide range of automatic feeding units to transform it into a fully automatic cartoning machine capable of producing up to 110 cartons/minute. The automatic feeding of products through the continuous motion pick & place unit (speed up to 100 products/minute) is designed to deliver high efficiency in volume production of upright products such as vials and jars. Ancillary devices such as product security systems are easily accommodated. The Venturi vacuum unit minimizes noise levels in operations such as carton pick-up and opening or leaflet/booklet feeding.

The VG series granulators allow mixing, kneading, and granulating processes in a single vessel. They are equipped with a horizontally rotating main blade at the bottom of the vessel as well as a vertically rotating high-speed cross-screw on one side above the main blade. Through adding binder to base powder and utilizing tumbling and compaction effects, you can produce particles closer to the shape of a perfect sphere or particles heavier than those granulated on a fluidized bed. The vertical granulators have been designed and manufactured to comply with the FDA, GMP, and other international requirements regarding performance, safety, and so on. Protect your samples from dehydration The atmosphere inside is hermetically separated from the outside atmosphere by the insulating jacket. Unlike conventional cooled incubators, which are based on the refrigerator principle, the coldest part of the BK 6160, the evaporator, is located outside to prevent dehumidification. Thanks to the water tank inside, a relative humidity of up to 90 % can be maintained.

- Kelvitron® K allows temperatures to be set from 0 to 50 °C.
- Kelvitron KP: Up to 10-step temperature profiles can be programmed via the control panel. After completion, the programme can be repeated or switched off, or the temperature is maintained. The maximum period per programme step is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
- Kelvitron KL: The day/night simulation controls the lighting and allows temperature profiles to be programmed.
