The appliance is used for drying and sterilising products in a clean room atmosphere. The clean room atmosphere complies with VDI guidelines 2083, sheet 3, July 2005 edition and ISO class 5 of DIN EN ISO 14644-1:1999.
To ensure the clean room atmosphere, a special filter of filter class H13 is installed in the supply air flow of the appliance and heat-resistant special filters of filter class H13 are installed in the recirculating air flow of the appliance.
