Le compteur de comprimés électronique KING TB4 offre une méthode extrêmement polyvalente et précise pour compter la plupart des formes de comprimés enrobés et non enrobés, de gélules, de capsules de gélatine dure et molle. La machine est hautement réglable, rapide à installer et à nettoyer, avec un excellent design.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES PRINCIPALES :
La machine TB4 peut être considérée comme composée de deux unités : une unité d'alimentation composée d'une trémie, d'une auge vibrante avec un disque de verre tournant sous sa sortie et une unité de comptage composée d'une cellule photoélectrique et d'une source lumineuse actionnant un compteur. La trémie contient les comprimés en vrac, avec une plaque réglable à la sortie pour permettre le passage de comprimés de tailles différentes. Le produit se déplace le long de l'auge par vibration et tombe sur un plateau tournant en verre entraîné par un motoréducteur. Ce plateau tournant transporte les comprimés dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et les produits sont déviés vers l'extérieur en une seule ligne par des guides, montés près du verre, jusqu'à ce qu'ils atteignent la plaque de décollage et l'agencement de sortie à l'avant de la machine. À la sortie est monté un ensemble cellule photoélectrique et source lumineuse qui est positionné de manière à ce qu'une seule rangée de comprimés tombe individuellement à travers, brisant le faisceau lumineux pendant leur chute, ce qui provoque leur enregistrement sur le compteur électronique. Les comprimés tombent ensuite devant un mécanisme à clapet qui bascule une fois qu'un nombre prédéfini a été atteint et qui dirige les comprimés vers un autre conteneur. Cette configuration permet de remplir deux conteneurs différents. Au niveau de la sortie finale, deux entonnoirs en plastique sont installés pour diriger le produit vers les conteneurs. Le compteur standard compte avec une grande précision tout nombre de comprimés de 1 à 10 000. Machine de capsulage à pression conçue pour fonctionner en continu, assurant une application efficace et précise des capsules à pression sur une variété de types de bouteilles. Largement utilisée dans des secteurs tels que l'alimentation et les boissons, les produits pharmaceutiques, les cosmétiques, les produits chimiques et autres, cette machine est idéale pour les environnements de production à haut volume. Elle garantit un désalignement ou un endommagement minimal des bouchons, préservant ainsi l'intégrité du produit. S'adapte à différentes tailles de bouteilles et à différents types de bouchons grâce à des composants réglables pour des changements rapides. Équipée d'une IHM intuitive pour faciliter la surveillance, le contrôle et le réglage des paramètres de la machine. Avec des commandes conviviales et des dispositifs de sécurité robustes, cette machine est conçue pour améliorer la productivité tout en préservant la sécurité de l'opérateur et l'intégrité du produit.

The machines and lines of the SFM series are designed for processing nested containers such as vials, cartridges, and disposable syringes.
