Marchesini FC420 thermoforming machine for pre-filled syringes with feeding system.
Main features:
Independently servo-driven machine stations
Machine cycle-speed is adjustable from the main HMI,
under size dedicated recipes
Two web-index grippers grant the highest precision
in pitch repeatability
Easy, tool-less change over:
index change and size-related parameters
automatically selected from HMI
Pick-and-Place for products
Prepared for connection from/to in-line
integrated machines
High-speed fully automatic positive products feeding systems are available
High draw depth (up to 42 mm)
ZERO-WASTE version (FBZ) with quick die-cutter available
(subject to the format configuration)
Heating and Forming Station:
Hardened non-sticking heating plates with individual temperature controls.
The film is heated up over multiple pitches. The plates open apart at each machine stop to avoid
film overheating. Temperature controllers are integrated in the main HMI.
Forming station, mechanically driven through servo motor.
Mechanical pre-forming station.
The thermoforming is achieved by the use of compressed air combined with the mechanical plug-assist. The thermoforming mould is cooled down.
FORMAT CHANGE
Simple and fast, without the use of tools. The molds, guides and the cutter slide into the stations from the operator side, to a fixed position and are locked with handles.
All variable parameters are selectable from operator panel, under recipe to format. A special format trolley is included in the supply of the basic machine.
PICK AND PLACE:
The robotic product feeding system is integrated into the basic machine.
The Pick and Place has been specifically designed to gently handle and feed fragile products.
The pick-and-place precision, its automatic synchronization with the product pick-up and the formed tray position along with the easy changeover make the system highly reliable, efficient and innovative.
Developed to guarantee:
Quick and accurate tool-less changeover;
selectable from the HMI;
High flexibility of product range;
Efficiency and care in the product handling;
Optimization of production time thanks to a higher output;
Maximum ease in cleaning and visibility;
The pick-and-place system is equipped with the most appropriate infeed systems according to the product to be handled.
The syringes arrive hanging in single line, from an upstream connected machine: a continuous motion synchrodynamic system lays the syringes down in pitch onto the plug-in conveyor pockets, from which they are positively picked-up by the Pick and Place system.

This intermittently operating Blister packer PARTENA CAM M92 is designed for the production of deep-drawn and sealed blister strips. The machine operates left to right and is arranged for variable speed operation with a maximum capacity of 40 strokes per minute.
After the blister is filled with ampoules. At the next station the web of blisters passes into a guillotine where the blisters are cut out. The blisters are placed onto a conveyor and are transferred to the Cartooning Machine.
Deep-draw foil is drawn from a reel on a separate reel-holder at the left and is fed to the heating- and deep-draw station where the blister pockets are formed with the assistance of compressed air.
At the filling station, product is fed into the formed blister pockets.
This machine is fitted with an automatic product infeed assembly where product is extracted from magazines (not included) and is then aligned and placed into the pockets.

The laboratory systems make use of the same highly advanced technology as those developed for the production range, and this enables the processing of all kinds of products, giving maximum flexibility and easy scale-up. The high degree of automation allows easy operation and maintenance procedures to be applied.
Characterised by small overall dimensions, laboratory systems can be easily and quickly connected to the utilities.
GS Evolution Lab can be considered not only as a laboratory coater but also as a machine for small production batches. Thanks to its interchangeable drum it is possible to work a wide range of capacities: from 0.5 to 30 litres.

The LI-30 inspection machine from 2003 functions fully automatically. All necessary parameters, e.g. transport and rotation speed, camera settings and image evaluation values, are product-dependent and stored in configurations
(database programmes).
In this way, the machine can only be started when a configuration.
The system allows the storage of configurations, load data and product as well as the loading of configurations

The IMA Mistral Y 16 rotary blower of 2013 is suitable for dry cleaning of glass or plastic bottles that do not require water washing, but the simple removal of impurities inside them, solid particles and dust that can be removed with air jets.
The machine essentially consists of a carousel where the bottles are subjected to jets of air and suction of impurities.
For a greater guarantee of purity, the air is filtered at the inlet.
Technical specifications:
Nominal voltage in Volts 400
Number of phases 3//PE
Hrz 50
Maximum production speed: max. 200 pcs/min
The following operating phases
1 transport: the bottles are transported along the carousel loading channel. A sensor monitors the presence of the bottles in the channel and stops the machine in stand-by when they are finished. Before being fed into the screw feeder, a deioniser eliminates any electrostatic charges that may have accumulated on the incoming bottles.
2 spacing. The function of the screw feeder is to accompany the bottles to the loading starwheel, maintaining the distance between them to allow them to be picked up correctly by the starwheel
3 carrousel feeding. The loading star rotates clockwise until bottles are presented to the carrousel grippers, from which they are hooked and tipped for cleaning operations.
4 blowing. Once the bottles have been turned upside down, the blowing needles go up to be introduced inside
Inspection Machine Seidenader V90-AVSB for prefilled syringes
From the infeed system, the product is conveyed through the inspection cabin on a continuously or intermittently moving transport system, consisting of a dual chain system fitted with white or black rollers. Each roller rotates on two precision roller bearing assemblies. The rollers are supported between dual conveyor chains.
Several lighting systems are available on option: A white light source provides diffused illumination from behind the rollers to allow inspection against both a white background (light source) and a black background (the rollers) or vice versa to meet GMP regulations.
Alternatively, highly concentrated halogen light can be shot through the bottom or shoulder of the containers, to reach the "Tyndall Effect". In addition to these lighting systems, mirrors, a magnifying lens and polarisation filters are available to optimize the inspection and to support the operator.
The product passes through the inspection cabin in front of the operator. This arrangement permits the inspection of the entire outer surface of the product.
The rejected product is easily removed either by hand or by an automatic reject system operated by infrared sensors.
The product is fed out of the inspection cabin, brought into upright position and is then transferred into various discharge systems: accumulation tables or trays.
Operators: one.
Output: max. 150 objects/min/lane.
Construction: stainless steel.
Mode of operation: continuous or intermittent (switch).
Voltage: 230 V, 0.8-1.4 kW, 50 Hz standard (all desired voltages possible).
Working height: 900 mm ± 50 mm.
Dimensions: ca. 2300 x 1000 x 1700 mm.
