Deblisteadora RBP Bauer D3600
La mayoría de nuestros clientes tienen un D3600 instalado cerca de cada línea de blister para mejorar el rendimiento de sus lotes.
Equipado con control de velocidad, monitoreo del nivel del almacén de los blisters, sensores de nivel, contador y conjuntos de herramientas específicos del producto, las máquinas aseguran la recuperación de productos farmacéuticos compatibles con GMP y GMP, que pueden así retornar al ciclo de producción actual.
El D3600 puede manejar blisters de empuje a lo largo, transversalmente o en diagonal, dependiendo de la posición del bolsillo y la convexidad de los blisters.
Se pueden recuperar diferentes raws de producto por separado.
También es posible utilizar un alimentador manual (por ejemplo, para alveolos extremadamente).
Un rodillo de cepillos opcional que funciona en la dirección opuesta garantiza la recuperación segura de productos pequeños de grandes bolsas AI/AI.

Fülllinie für Aluminium-Zäpfchen Sarong SAAS 15
Dies ist eine vollautomatische Maschine zur Herstellung und Verpackung von Zäpfchen in Alu/Alu-Streifen.
Die Maschine hat eine Kapazität für ca. 20. 000 Zäpfchen pro Stunde.
Zwei Streifen Aluminiumfolie sind kalt bedruckt und versiegelt und lassen eine Öffnung an der Oberseite zurück.
Die Masse des Zäpfchens wird in die Alveolen gefüllt, die dann in den Kühltunnel gelangen.
Die Oberseite der Zäpfchen ist versiegelt, codiert, perforiert und gezackt, und der Zäpfchenstreifen wird vertikal getrennt.
Auf der linken Seite werden zwei Aluminiumspulen auf der linken Seite platziert und vertikal durch die Trainingsstation geführt.
Die Zäpfchen bestehen aus Formen und Druckluft.
Der Streifen gelangt dann in eine Dicht- und Tankstelle, wo die beiden Hälften an der Basis und an den Seiten ausgerichtet, verbunden und versiegelt sind.
Die Masse des Zäpfchens muss in einen Trichter des Produkts mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 80 Litern gepumpt werden, das inShirt ist und mit einem Rührwerk ausgestattet ist.
Vierzehn Füllnadeln füllen die Masse des Zäpfchens in den Schalen, die dann zeitweise durch vier Kühlkarussells transportiert werden.
Nachdem der gekühlte und gehärtete Abführungsstreifen aus dem Tunnel entsteht, wird die Oberseite des Streifens durch elektrisch beheizte Dichtbacken abgedichtet.
Gleichzeitig können Sie einen Code, eine Chargennummer und ein Datum usw. eingeben. \nDie Perforationen werden zwischen den einzelnen Zäpfchen geschnitten und eine vorgeschnittene Kerbe kann in das Zäpfchen geschnitten werden, um die Öffnung zu erleichtern.
