The plant consists of 4 aggregates, built between 1999 and 2012. Initially, the tubes are automatically inserted into the intended discs using a Yaskawa robotic arm. In the following work phases, these are filled, with lifting for filling carried out by a servomotor. The tubes are then sealed and marked with batch number and color number by a laser system. The encoding is controlled by a system of cameras to check for errors at a later stage of the process. At the end of the line there is the possibility of packing the tubes, if necessary, you can also add the leaflets.
