Automatic Deep Draw Thermoformer High speed mechanical intermittent motion fully automatic packaging machine, balcony structure, independent servo-driven stations, stainless steel finish, PC-controlled.

The BL series machines represent the peak of NERI’s production capability in the field of linear labelers and are the culmination of its many years of experience in selfadhesive application.
The main features of these series are the particular balcony construction making extremely easy the clearance procedures, the positive transport system of carton in pitch making the machine completely fail-safe, the ergonomics reducing the accessibility in 70 cm only and dividing the machine in three areas: operative, mechanical and electrical.
The BL machines can work in-line with other packaging machines, or as free standing units when fitted with required boxes infeed and outfeed devices.

Automatic rigid tubes filling and closing machine, suitable to count and introduce positively tablets in plastic or metallic rigid tubes, cylindrical-shape.

General equipment data:
High performance cartoner with continuous movement. The formats are fully registrable. With simple operations and with the substitution of some parts, it is possible to use cases with even or alternate fins, with measures included in the following limits:

The maintenance of the equipment is very simple and above all easy to use.
The cams are of the channel type machined from a single block, the mechanical shafts are installed on ball bearings.

Cartoning speed:
Cartoner HF 77 from 50 to 250 cases per minute.
Security:
The cartoner comes with electrical and mechanical safety devices, which intervene in the event of malfunctions, interrupting the regular work cycle, thus eliminating the risk of breakage or damage.
Duty cycle:
The tubes to be carton are fed automatically by means of a dedicated automatic tube feeder. In the conveyor there is a sensor that verifies the presence of the tube and activates the taking of the cases from the case loader. The case is opened by a series of suction cups and inserted into the carrying case. In this way, for each blister present in the product chain, there corresponds a case in the transport chain of cases.
If an illustrative brochure is required in the case, the sensor that activates the taking of the cases also sends an impulse to the brochure magazine. The brochure is taken by suction cups, it is inserted in a series of tapes. By means of these belts, the brochure is transported to a gripper that is located below the product feeding chain.
All the elements that make up the packaging advance to the introduction station, where a series of pushers introduce them into the case. During the tube insertion movement, it meets the brochure and inserts it into the case.
Once the insertion is completed, the case advances towards the closing area where, with a series of enervating and folding operations of the fins, the packaging cycle is completed.
